Our client is a prestigious boutique hotel, offering an unparalleled culinary experience in the heart of nature. We are seeking a talented and upcoming Culinary Master to join their team as Head / Executive Chef and elevate our client's dining offering to new heights.

Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in a high-end luxury lodge or equivalent restaurant environment (Boutique, smaller establishments, more intimate settings preferred).
- Culinary skills that showcase creativity, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to use local flavours, including indigenous ingredients, to create memorable dishes.
- A passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience.
