Position Overview:
Planstin Administration is looking for a motivated and adaptable Marketing Specialist to support our marketing efforts. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this junior role will provide hands-on experience in various areas of marketing, including digital campaigns, website updates, and marketing automations. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, assist with various projects, and thrive in a dynamic work environment. Familiarity with SEO or a willingness to learn about it is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Lead Generation:
- Support the development of lead generation strategies across digital platforms.
- Help manage LinkedIn campaigns, ensuring they align with overall marketing goals.
- Assist in analyzing campaign performance and suggesting improvements.
- Website Support:
- Help maintain Planstin's website using platforms like Duda, including content updates and basic design changes.
- Ensure the website is user-friendly and supports lead generation efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement SEO best practices.
- Marketing Automation:
- Assist in managing marketing automation processes to enhance lead nurturing.
- Help optimize workflows using platforms like GoHighLevel to support customer engagement.
- Design Support:
- Assist with creating marketing materials such as social media posts, web graphics, and basic design tasks.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Be flexible in shifting between tasks and projects as priorities evolve.
- SEO:
- Familiarity with basic SEO concepts or a willingness to learn and apply them in content creation and website management.
- Email Campaigns: Experience building out and executing email campaigns, from writing copy to analyzing performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role (internships count).
- Basic knowledge of website management platforms (e.g., Duda) and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content creation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once and shift priorities as needed.
- Adaptable and eager to learn new tools and processes, including SEO.
