The Property Associate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with prospective landlords, especially tribal leaders. Will also need to be well-versed in renegotiating lease terms with existing landlords. The Property Associate will also need to be administratively adapted in order to upload all documentation to the relevant platforms and keep platforms up to date.

- Business Degree: Must hold a property, contract management, real estate, or surveying/valuation-related degree as a minimum.
- Professional Experience: No prior experience is required.
- Industry/certifications: None required.
- Languages: Fluent in English, Zulu, Tswana. Xhosa will also be very beneficial.

Operational Delivery
- Manage the site lease renewal process including negotiation and contract execution.
- Negotiate and convert all leases into Perfect Lease.
- Monitor and follow up on all lease payments.
- Ensure necessary assistance is rendered during Technical Site Inspection (TSI) for site rollout professionally conducted and parameters adhered to for report.
- Manage land owners to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve all landlord issues including access thus ensuring that there are no site access denials to affect the network operation.
- Attend hearings in case of any conflict/disputes.
- Undertake assignments assigned by supervisor/management.
