Purpose: To promote company brands and products within a specific geographic area by visiting liquor outlets (mostly Off Trade outlets) as per a contracted call cycle to increase visibility and drive increased sales.
Job Summary:
- Develop and manage sound customer relationships.
- Educate consumers regarding company brands.
- Drive distribution i.e. availability.
- Handle customer and consumer complaints and queries.
- Manage sales administration requirements i.e. prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports.
- Visit customers as per a fixed contracted call cycle.
- Implementation of the company way of selling.
- Negotiate displays and pricing.
- Ensure the implementation of the Sales Drivers.
- Implement promotions and point of sale/merchandising in store.
Skills Required:
- Strong sales skills and experience.
- Sound communication skills and the ability to read, write and communicate in English.
- Strong negotiating, relationship building, and networking skills.
- Must have a passion for interacting with customers and a passion for customer service.
- Must be self-motivated, innovative, and self-driven.
- Must be a South African citizen.
