About the Client: A leading South African provider of contact centre services, specialising in innovative customer support and sales solutions for global brands. They are running an exciting campaign for a global brand and are searching for Italian-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join their team on a seasonal contract, working remotely.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for customer queries;
- Resolve queries and complaints in line with client directives;
- Provide service across telephone, social media, webchat, and email;
- Update customer records and keep them informed;
- Escalate sensitive issues where necessary;
- Ensure clear, concise communication without spelling errors;
- Identify and suggest improvements to broken processes;
- Use initiative to resolve operational issues and escalate as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Italian (B2-C1 level);
- Proven experience in customer service (minimum six months to two years);
- Experience with CRM systems;
- Understanding of omnichannel practices;
- Ability to work in shifts (UK-based);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
