Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover): mid-November 2024 – 30 April 2025
An administrator is required for an advertising agency in Stellenbosch. The agency specialises in the marketing of shopping centres, so the pace is fast and the deadlines tight, necessitating a highly organised, focused, and capable studio team. The position advertised will be a supporting role to the Studio Manager.
The successful applicant will be self-motivated, flexible, very organised, detail-oriented, a strong problem solver, and able to work well under extreme pressure.
Requirements
- Assistant and right hand to the Studio Manager.
- Duties include capturing all incoming briefs from various marketing managers and account executives and processing them;
- Double-check with the Studio Manager that briefs are sound and proactively point out areas of concern.
- Flag any changes in briefs and late additional information to various creatives.
- Various ad hoc studio duties to assist with workflow and chasing deadlines.
- Assisting with the administrative side of studio invoicing.

- Tech savvy-ness: Chase is our main traffic system, but familiarity with similar software tools will be a big plus.
- Exposure to an agency environment.
