Minimum requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience.
- 5 years in a leadership role focused on HR development.
- Relevant Administration and Time Management knowledge.
- Forward-thinking leader who can align HR development strategies with the company's overall goals, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and high performance.
- Computer Literate (MS Office).
- Good understanding of HR Processes, HR information systems, and Trade Unions.
- HR Software and LMS.
- Afrikaans and English.
Responsibility:
Leading and overseeing the strategic development, implementation, and management of all human resources development initiatives within the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Matric (Essential).
- Degree in Human Resources Management/Industrial Psychology or related field.
- Masters Degree or HR Professional Registration (Advantageous).
