Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, answering telephones, and handling routine correspondence
- Access computerized financial information to answer general questions as well as those related to specific accounts
- Maintenance of Fixed Asset Registers
- Prepare purchase orders and expense reports
- Assistance with month end stock take
- Maintain inventory records - Reconciliation of Finished goods, Raw Materials and WIP, working with Stores Department
- Petty Cash Claims and reimbursements
- Assistance with Annual Audit
Requirements
- Experience with ERP systems (Syspro)
- Computer literate (Proficient in Microsoft Office)
- 8 years' experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
