We are looking for a Store Operations Support Specialist to join our Bash team! As a Store Operations Support Specialist , your primary role is to provide training and ongoing support to stores, support the implementation of change management initiatives, and enforce through training and support, establish standard operating procedures (SOPs), and act as a point of contact to resolve issues and ensure their completion. Your contributions will be instrumental in optimising operational efficiency, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining high standards of performance within the retail environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support Store Operations: Provide day-to-day support to store /operation teams in brands by executing operational activities and achieving business objectives. Serve as a resource for operational inquiries, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives by effectively communicating changes, gaining buy-in from stakeholders, and managing resistance. Develop change management plans, training programs, and resources to support successful implementation of new processes or systems. Maintain the currency of operational sheets for within the department.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures for various aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, customer service, and safety protocols. Ensure adherence to SOPs through regular training, monitoring, and compliance audits. - Issue Resolution and Escalation: Act as a point of contact for addressing and resolving operational issues, customer complaints, and employee concerns. Investigate root causes of problems, implement corrective actions, and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution and prevent recurrence.
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate operational projects, initiatives, and strategic initiatives from inception to completion.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for store teams on new processes, procedures, systems, and best practices. Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure staff proficiency and alignment with operational standards.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Generate regular reports, dashboards, and analytics to track performance trends, identify areas of improvement, and inform decision-making.
WHO YOU ARE: This job is for you if you have: - 2+ years of experience in training and support role
- 1+ years in retail environment
- Strong understanding of ecommerce and omnichannel retailing
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving ops support queries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
