To provide a high level of service to Customers, SBIB provincial offices, SBSA branches, and Underwriters by resolving insurance policy queries on Assurance products according to business needs. This role facilitates the development of customer loyalty through customer relationship management and consistently portrays a corporate image.
Qualifications
- Completed Matric
- RE
- NQF 5 qualification - FSCA recognised
Experience
- 1 - 2 years of customer service experience in a call centre
