Key Outputs
•Manage and ensure compliance to Quality Management Standard (ISO 9001:2015)
•Conduct monthly system/ process audits (ISO 9001:2015 and Contamination Control)
•Ensure compliance with the Caterpillar Contamination Control guideline (PEBJ 0002-05)
•Responsible for regional certification (ISO 9001:2015 and Contamination Control)
•Conduct training on procedures, process failures and/ or the best practices within the group.
•Manage quality risks and ensure effective implementation of control measures.
•Understand the needs and expectations of customers and other interested parties
•Conduct supplier's audit to assess compliance to the quality standards
•Investigate quality related incidents (i.e., Customer complaints, service warranties)
•Documenting all incidents and preventative actions taken to rectify non-conformance and deviations.
•Quality document controller ,Compile all relevant Quality Audit and Management review reports
•Maintain document control data base, ensure documents are available at point of use
•Continuous review of existing product related processes and procedures to identify weaknesses and or areas that require improvement.
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
•Grade 12 and bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Engineering, Environmental Health, or Qualified Artisans in relevant trade advantage.
•Total Quality Management Certificate, Internal Auditing Certificate or any QMS related qualifications (will be added advantage).
•3 -5 years' experience in service operations and/or quality management
•Non-conformance and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) experience.
•Good report writing and communication skills.

•Must be in possession of a valid driver's license
