Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience: 10+ years in retail operations or product management, with 8+ years in a senior leadership role.
Skills: Strong strategic planning, leadership, financial acumen, and operational management skills. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving performance improvements.
