Key Responsibilities:

- Edit images for uploading onto website and various advertising platforms.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings.
- Problem-solve effectively to meet deadlines and handle unexpected challenges.
- Manage financial tasks such as preparing client quotes, conducting calculations, issuing tax invoices, and compiling month-end details for auditors.
- Dealing with export documentation
Requirements:

- Proficiency in basic photo editing for online platforms.
- Experience in client management and administrative support.
- Solid understanding of financial processes, including invoicing, quoting, and month-end reporting.
