Description
Investec is looking for an Head of Security Training to lead the Security Awareness program within the Investec Group. This role is in the Group Security team in Sandton but will service all Investec Security Business Units globally.
Experience, skill and capability
The following experience is key to this role:
• Business Science/ Information Systems degree and equivalent Learning & Development degree
• 8+ years' experience in delivering an Information Security awareness training program, in a global setting, across various audiences
• Proven track record in delivering successful Security awareness training programs
• Solid experience in managing Security awareness training platforms, particularly Knowbe4
• Good understanding and experience of Learning & Development principles, platforms, and blended learning techniques
• Robust experience in enhancing an awareness culture – able to demonstrate knowledge of these techniques
• Robust experience in delivering Security awareness training using various blended learning methods (training platforms, presentations, videos etc.)
• Robust Security risk related knowledge of financial services
• High level of skill and confidence in presenting to different audiences (in person and online)
• Good experience with online training tools and techniques
