Provide effective leadership and active oversight of the strategic and managerial functions in the Department of Student Governance and Development in pursuit of holistic student life and development. |
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS |
- Strategic Management
- Provide Leadership in the Management of Student Life and Governance
- Drive the development and roll-out of a comprehensive Student Leadership Development Programmes
- Management of Student Media and Engagement
- Ensure effective and efficient Financial Management
- Strategically manage the Human Resources in the department
- Drive Policy Development and Monitoring
- Promote Research and Knowledge Management

REQUIREMENTS | |
To be considered for this position, candidates are required to possess the following: - Relevant Honours Degree or equivalent
- At least 6 -10 Years relevant and / or working experience in which competency was gained within a Public or Development sector.
- At least 6 years’ experience in Middle/Senior management
- A possession of a Master’s Degree as well as knowledge of, and experience in higher education will be an added advantage.
