Overview:
We seek a talented and motivated Junior digital strategist Candidate to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will manage our social media platforms and assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase organic search rankings, drive traffic to our website, and increase sales through Google Ads and Google Shopping. The candidate must have some experience in social media marketing, SEO, Google AdWords, and Google Shopping. The ideal candidate will be able to provide insights to improve social media presence, and website performance, increase website visibility, and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of social media pages- Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,
YouTube, TikTok – Developing content and managing all platforms - Develop paid advertising strategies across digital marketing
platforms. - Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies to increase
organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website. - Assist in managing Google Ads campaigns to increase website traffic
and sales. - Assist in managing and optimizing Google Shopping campaigns to
increase sales and revenue. - Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new
growth opportunities. - Conduct on-page and off-page optimization to improve the website
visibility. - Assist in analyzing website traffic and user behavior to identify
areas of improvement. - Assist in executing innovative marketing campaigns to increase
brand awareness and sales. - Monitor and report on website performance metrics and KPIs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm
updates. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing
strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media management
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in SEO, Google AdWords, and
Google Shopping - Proven track record of driving website traffic and increasing sales
through SEO and Google Ads is a plus - Strong analytical skills and ability to provide data-driven insights.
- Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics is a
plus. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-
functional teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced
environment.
