Job Role: Reward SpecialistLocation: Basingstoke (4 days a week)Salary: £40,000 - £50,000+ (depending on exp.)Reporting to the HR Director, this role will manage the reward (compensation and benefits) offering for the UK-based business. As the Reward Specialist, you will have a highly dynamic, adaptable, and collaborative approach, with a ‘can-do’ attitude. This company have a great office environment often have socials and activities held most months across the Corporate functions.Key responsibilities:Analyse, review, and recommend changes to compensation and benefits in the UKManage job grading exercises as part of the annual cycle, using Mercer toolsDevelop and deliver effective communication material/training documentation for new and existing programsTo participate in the due diligence process during mergers and acquisitions ensuring that all the relevant data is analysed accordinglyTo ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policiesTo be the system reporting expert within the teamEnsure administrative excellence of benefits operationsTo support the provision of data for monthly/annual reporting including remuneration statements, minimum wage etcThe ideal candidate: At least 2 years experience in a Compensation & Benefits roleUniversity degree or equivalentKnowledge of a variety of reward concepts, practices, and proceduresPrevious experience working with IT systems and Data ManagementAdvanced Excel skills including Power BIGood prioritisation of workloads to achieve deadlinesAble to relate to a broad spectrum of individuals across the companyConfident in their presentation skillsTo discuss the Reward Specialist role in more depth please contact Aisha Barnes at HR Heads by emailing your CV to Aisha.barnes@hrheads.co.uk or call +44 (0) 7747 272 285Enquiries are all handled confidentially.
