Meraki Talent are partnering with a Wealth Management business on their search for a new HR Business Partner to join the team on a permanent basis one of their 5 offices in Ireland. The firm has offices across England, Ireland and Scotland however this role can be based in any of the five Irish offices. They're looking for an experience HR Business Partner to come and take ownership of one of the business areas across the three countries.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Business Unit Heads to ensure operational and financial goals are met through effective cyclical people plans and ongoing, effective people managementProvide professional, proactive HR support and advice to managers and team membersApply organisational and individual change management for your parts of the businessIdentify and manage strategiesPartner with multi-disciplinary teams and HR team colleagues to improve and deliver consistently high-quality people programmes, policies, processes, and systems that work well across the entire organisationManage employee relations’ casesProvide training and mentoringMaintain and evaluate accurate people data and documentationQualificationsMust have experience in a Business Partnering role within Financial ServicesStrong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills Our client is open to where this person is based in Ireland there are multiple however preferably in Northern Ireland!Offers a flexible working structure of 2-3 days a week in the office
