About the RoleMy client, a London-based insurance firm, is seeking an L&D Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of HR this role will be responsible for the full L&D remit for the organisation, across all areas and all levels of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate the annual training planPartner with key stakeholders to identify skills gaps and training requirementsDesign and deliver training as well as sourcing and partnering with external providersLead all early-careers initiatives including the apprenticeship programmeManage the annual training budgetAbout YouI am looking for experienced L&D specialists, with experience in the insurance sector.
