The role requires a dynamic and person centric individual who is highly driven to develop, maintain and grow the HR & People functions within a growing organisation.Responsibilities will include but not be restricted to:Responsible for on boarding and retention of talentPromote equality, health and safety within the companySupport managers and Recruitment team in the onboarding, inductions, management and off boarding processesDevelop HR strategies to attract and retain staff across a range of roles from clinical, technical, operational and moreDevelop programmes that enhance staff engagementDevelop and maintain organisational policies and proceduresSupport with training administration processes of all staffEnsure that HR systems, training and other related databases are kept fully up to date with staff records, investigations and outcomes, grievances and training dataProvide administration support with regards to meetings, reports, correspondence including note takingSupporting Managers with HR aspects e.g. Occupational Health; absence review meetings, disciplinary meetings, absence managementCollate feedback and liaise with Head of GovernanceSupport staff working in the service with HR related queriesPayroll and expense managementLiaise with product and tech support team on technical issuesWork closely with line manager and wider team on service improvementTo maintain all mandatory trainingShift based and flexible working maybe required from time to timeSkills, Experience, and Qualification4+ years work experienceCIPD Level 3 or aboveProven Track record of managing HR and recruitment in growing scale upsNVQ Level 4 or CIPD level 3 HR/training/administration experienceExperience of working with Gsuite and private practise softwareExperience of working with Hibob or similar HR systemsGood oral and written communicationAble to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamSelf starterResponsibleReliableExcellent attention to detailPrevious experience of working in a healthcare environmentGood understanding of working a highly regulated industry and following policies and SOPsHigh level of IT proficiencyBenefits:You'll get a 30 days holiday plus bank holidays pro rata.You can join our generous pension scheme and the employer will match contributions up to 5%There are lots of opportunities to work on cross-team projects and represent Montu at events such as awards, trade shows and fairsCycle to work scheme
