Confident in your abilities and decision-making, you approach professional development with a growth mindset, constantly striving for excellence.Key Responsibilities Business DevelopmentTake full accountability for the end-to-end sales lifecycle.Develop quarterly targeting plans to identify profitable areas of growth based on the agency’s strengths and ambitions.Report regularly against targets and KPIs.Implement the right processes and structure to support the sales function as it grows.Manage the current lead generation team to generate quality leads.Nurture new business opportunities and relationships by developing and closing deals within the existing pipeline.Manage clients throughout the sales cycle – understanding their challenges and pain points and ensuring these are handled smoothly and efficiently.Drive new business initiatives, leading opportunities and developing innovative solutions to showcase their work. Focus on organic growth, existing clients, and cross-selling to drive the agency forward.Set clear performance goals aligned with strategic objectives, championing strategic thinking within the discipline. Understanding of critical business issues and financial acumen will be essential in driving success.Ensure best practices in helping clients grow and selling in newer, larger programmes Strategic CollaborationPartner with the Managing Director to develop and embody the company culture and long-term strategy. Inspire and mentor the team, setting the standard for excellence.Work closely with the Design Director and Technical Director to devise and develop proactive, on-spec work for high-value targets.Collaborate with strategy, client services, design, technology, and project management teams to ensure cohesive service delivery. Experience A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, commercial partnerships, client services, or a related role within the digital product design and technology sector is required.Sound commercial judgment with a good knowledge of the Digital Product/Consultancy landscape.A track record of seeking new and innovative ways to forge profitable new relationships.A drive to acquire the biggest and best clients for the agency with demonstrable experience of past successes.Empathetic, warm, inclusive, and resilient.What else is in it for you?!
