InnoFund are specialists in R&D and innovation funding, supporting clients through all stages of the innovation life cycle.Role DescriptionAs an Accounts Manager, your role requires a good understanding of the business, as you will be responsible for ensuring onboarded clients are managed on behalf of the delivery team throughout the lifecycle of the client engagement and re-engagement. This support role will entail liaising with the sales team to have foresight of new clients in the horizon, scheduling calls/meetings for the consulting team once clients are engaged, having clarity on next steps agreed by the consulting team with clients and assisting in executing these next steps to completion of the process followed by securing re-engagement for the next delivery cycle.For this client facing role, you will report directly to the Head of Consultants. If you are considering working in a consultancy environment, in a client facing role which may involve minimal travel to attend meetings and influencing decision making of boardrooms then this role will suit you very well.Qualifications and skillsMinimum undergraduate degree or relevant experience,Excellent communication and presentation skills (both spoken and written),Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively,Proven organisational skills,Great people skills,Good ability to negotiate,Curiosity and awareness regarding critical organisational and industry matters.
