Duties: - Opening and closing of the store
- Managing the overall operations and activities of each department
- Ensuring staff and guests follow all set policies and procedures
- Resolving conflict or complaints from guests and employees determining optimal solutions
- Monitor and maintain stock inventory
- Complete and accurate reporting
- Ensuring cash ups are done correctly and submitted daily
- Ensuring all documents and reports are ready for cash collection
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring employees provides the same level of standards
- Ensuring that the interior and exterior of the store is maintained to Company standards
- Co ordinate and execute functions such as sales, birthday parties and corporate events.
- Communicate and execute all marketing programs
- Monitor loss prevention
- Managing HR admin
- Shift scheduling
- Motivation of employees
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of our packages, pricing and special offers
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and booking quotas
Requirements
- Previous experience in a guest service or hospitality role is compulsory
- At least one year experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS office
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Availability to work weekend and holidays as required.
