The purpose of this position is to assist the Customer Success Manager and broader team in a variety of IT products, development, and operational areas.
Functions
- Product Training, Onboarding & Retention and Digital Adoption Platform Content Creation
- Conduct training sessions to groups and individuals across multiple IT products and platforms
- Create Training Material, Outlines, Process Flows and Documentation
- Assist with workflows, walkthroughs, Smart Tips, video creation, Data analytics, Reporting and end user assistance through a Digital Adoption Platform
- Communicate with end users post-training to assess the effectiveness of training and improvements needed
- Work with the technical team to broadcast training materials to end users
- Assess knowledge of trainees post-training
- Provide status, progress, and results reporting
- Use strong communication skills including excellent active listening skills
- Onboard new clients and users
- Support the company commercial team in surveying user experiences and relaying to the IT product leadership team
- IT Product Organisation/Coordination
- Keep accurate records and reporting of IT product usage, demos, onboarding, release notes, training sessions, development requests, and interactions with stakeholders using Company tools and systems
- Assist in data quality initiatives within the Company
- Partner with the IT product development teams to drive system development, adoption, and meeting business requirements
Requirements - Experience in administration
- Experience in basic project management principles
- Intermediate report writing skills
- Advanced level of knowledge in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience in the freight forwarding industry (Advantageous)
- Experience in working with Digital Adoption Platforms (Advantageous)
- Relevant Diploma in IT with 3 years working experience in a similar environment
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, Excel, and general knowledge of software development
- Good analytical skills
- Good written and verbal skills
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines
