Job Description- Customer Service Advisor
We are happy to be working with a longstanding client on the outskirts of York. Due to the upcoming seasonal period, they are looking to add a number of experienced customer services staff to assist with the influx in orders. This role is strictly Monday to Friday, working 40 hours a week. The potential to Work from Home on a Hybrid basis is also available for this position.
The role is Temp on going.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Inputting Data
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service, within a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Pay: £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
