Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Senior Managerial role within the FMCG Sector
- Tertiary Qualification in Business | Sales | Marketing Management or relevant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel abilities
- Strong people management skills and experience with Retail and Wholesale
- Manage store ordering, stock levels, pricing, and promotional activities
- Knowledge of Human Resources and Industrial Relations processes I
- Ability to supervise and develop field staff, manage attendance, and conduct appraisals
- Valid Drivers License and ability to travel essential
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Must have contactable references
- Must be able to pay slips on request
