Responsibilities:
Develop marketing strategy and drive objectives to achieve set goals.
- Find leads, quote suppliers, get purchases, execute client requirement analysis, obtain input from subject matter experts (mostly engineers) where needed, present to executives at board level.
- Research new clients, prospecting and setup meetings, assist engineers with pre-sales support, attend these meetings with them.
- Social media interaction.
- Strong target driven sales perspective, new business/customer relationship development.
- CRM workflow management.
- Inbound and outbound marketing coordination.
- Reporting to Executive.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant Marketing Qualification advantageous.
- Proven Sales track record in engineering and building services - external sales, New Business Development.
- Search Engine Optimization.
- MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint Presentation skills.
- Experience: 6+ Years in external target driven technical sales and marketing.
- Experience in sales coordination, liaison at executive level.
- Minimum 6 years proven track record in any of the following related industries:
- Building Services
- Infrastructure
- Power and Energy
- Construction
- Technical
- Engineering Consulting
- Project Management
Existing client base and network highly recommended; strong key account management and relationships building skills. Must be prepared to travel. Own reliable transport, valid driver's license and valid passport.
