Job Summary: Communications Specialist
As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting internal and external communications plans, crafting content in English and Arabic to be leveraged on different channels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or relevant field.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Collaborate with local, regional, and global team members to develop and leverage success stories across communication mediums (internal and external).
- Enhance the brand's reputation and coordinate publicity events.
- Write articles, speeches, press releases, and social media posts.
- Support internal and external events in terms of content and logistics.
- Manage conflicts and escalate to management when necessary.
What You Bring:
- Experience with technologies and best practices for campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Ability to creatively tell a story through videos.
- Familiarity with project management software and video/photo editing.
- Strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
- Excellent team player with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Proven content writing or copywriting experience in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and social media platforms.
