Global FX & Payments company based in the City of London, are looking to bring onboard a CRM Project Manager to support their exciting expansion plans. The purpose of this role is to lead the sourcing and delivery of a CRM solution for our client. You’ll be reporting into the Head of Programme Management.Main responsibilities will include;Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current CRM delivery needs.Engage with key stakeholders and business leads from all functions to understand and document detailed requirements.Develop a clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Research and evaluate potential CRM solutions that align with the business needs.Facilitate vendor presentations and demonstrations.Lead the decision-making process to select the best-fit partner/system.Develop third party integrationsAgree on the implementation process with the chosen provider.Develop a detailed project plan including timelines, milestones and resource allocation.Oversee the configuration, customisation, and integration of the new system.Ensure effective data migration from legacy systems.Implement user training and support to ensure smooth adoption across the organisation.Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure the project stays on track and within budgetDevelop communication, training and release strategiesThe ideal candidate for this position will possess:Proven experience as a Project Manager with CRM implementation projects.A strong understanding of CRM and technology.Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, balanced with the willingness to be hands-on in achieving objectives.The ability to engage and manage multiple senior stakeholders across different levels of the organisation and to effect change by bringing them along on the journey.
