Looking for a 2L & 3L Support engineer who has experience providing onsite VIP and white glove IT Support up to C Level stakeholders.Role is 100% onsite in central London paying up to £40,000paRequirements and skills: Experience of PC/MAC OS hardware and software (Microsoft operating systems and applications suites, email systems, etc.) within a network environment.Working knowledge of industry standards with regards to system and network administration.Strong written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to understand, interpret and present technical and non-technical information to users and stakeholders at all levels. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant experience.
