Recruiting:A skilled Mortgage/Finance Administrator to join our expanding Financial Services & Mortgage Business in BorehamwoodThis role is to provide general and financial administrative support to the team and clients where required.The job requires a minimum of 1 year of previous experience working within a similar role.Therefore good numeracy and literary skills are required and it is essential you understand the Mortgage Process. You will have a good understanding of financial processes, excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook), strong administration and organisational skills, experience working with numbers, excellent attention to detail, be a quick learner, have a good telephone manner, and confidence to liaise with clients, able to work on your own initiative.Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm Full-timeOffice BasedFlexitimeSalary: up to £28K per year (based on experience)Main responsibilities include:Ensuring the efficient running of the officeUsing a range of software, including email, spreadsheets, and databasesManaging online and paper filing systemsProcessing mortgage applicationsMaintaining client data on our office CRM systemConducting research and sourcing Mortgage productsAnswering calls and responding to client and lender queriesKeeping clients and businesses up to date throughout the application processFunction as the key point of contact for all potential and current clients.About yourself:Experience: 2+ year (required) as a Mortgage Administrator, Mortgage Case Manager or Mortgage ParaplannerExcellent numeracy, literacy, communication skills, and attention to detailBe a quick learner, good telephone manner and confidence to liaise with clientsA working knowledge of mortgage & protection productsOpen to learning and furthering your career within our mortgages & Financial Services teamAbout us:A growing mortgage & financial services businessWe are based in a purpose-built modern office in Borehamwood with on-site parking
