We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to join a great B-Corp company based in London, that offers great benefits and career progression!!JOB DIMENSIONSYou will have your own targets while feeding into wider Marketing and Sales objectives - both in revenue targets and new customer sign up.You will shadow the Head of Client Success and would be expected to work closely with the Customer Service team, Marketing Executive, Brand and Marketing directorsThe Account Executive is responsible for:Onboarding new prospects, booking & ensuring meetings take place and educating the prospect pre- and post-meetingUpselling potential business users currently buying on our consumer gift platformUsing our CRM system to keep their client list data up to date and staying on top of their tasksSupporting clients with their day-to-day needs, ensuring 1st class serviceWorking across teams to provide swift responses to client requestsCreating fantastic client relationshipsProviding reporting and analytics to both clients and team membersPlan, prep and present presentationsBe a key link between the Account Management team and the Orders and Partnerships teamHave a strong working understanding of our core inhouse systemsWork quickly to organise bespoke reward solutionsQuickly understand our Zoho CRM system and help the rest of the ACM team in using the solutionOversee the build of the new client schemes, delivering against deadlinesWork on internal development projects as assigned and proactively created from identified business needsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and writtenCritical thinking skills and naturally curiousQuick to learn, technically astute and able to analyse and understand dataExperience working with all the Microsoft Office suiteSelf-starter, able to work autonomously and as part of a teamAbility to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in, at pacePatient and adaptable in an ever-changing environmentAn organised approach to work with great planning and time management skills;Strong interpersonal and communication skills;A personal commitment to learning and keeping knowledge of the reward and recognition industryTERMS AND CONDITIONSAnnual Pay: Salary( £28k - £30k base) with Commissions Scheme and Uncapped OTE (OTE£46k)Hours per week: 37.5 hours per week, normally between the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.Holidays: 25 days per annum, plus 8 days bank holidayOther:Participation in Company Wide profit share scheme, details confirmed on appointment and reviewed annually.+ GREAT BENEFITS AND DISCOUNTS
