We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are dedicated to creating an environment of equality, respect, and opportunity for all.Objectives:To provide marketing campaign activation support alongside industry trends and research insights to support our sales team, ensuring they fully aware of industry and competitor insights and that all marketing opportunities are maximised to help drive sales. Key responsibilities:· Identifying industry research and insight sources· Developing a weekly internal bulletin on industry insights· Supporting with the activation, design, publication and promotion of Stamp Free’s annual Postal & Parcel Trend Report· Day-to-day maintenance and improvement of website/social media platforms content and structure· Working with external agencies where needed to make significant improvements to website/social media platforms· Designing and preparing presentations for marketing and investment purposes· Designing, inputting into and managing online and offline lectures/seminars· Managing Stamp Free’s attendance at events· Designing and inputting to press releases and managing their publication through identified sources· Attending weekly team meetings and other meetings as appropriate· Reporting to the CMOKey skills:· A sound knowledge of WordPress and other CMS· A sound knowledge of MS PowerPoint· Analytical thinking· Excellent written English· Content creation – both written and visual· A positive, imaginative and creative attitude· Out-of-the box approach to marketing· An ability to work to deadlinesExperience required:Essentialo 5yrs experience of marketingo 3yrs experience of market researcho Adept in Microsoft 365 productsHelpfulo An understanding of the postal, parcel, logistics or ecommerce industry
