Internal Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Promote the range and sell products to walk-in and call-in customers.
- Create quotations and invoices when stock is available.
- Identify and describe products or services based on the customer's needs.
- Build customer relationships.
- Identify potential new customers.
- Assist in placing orders with suppliers.
- Keep up to date with market trends by analyzing the market.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Hands-on technical skills.
- Communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- SAP Business One.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years sales experience in the Industrial sales sector.
Education:
- National Senior Certificate (Non-negotiable).
- Diploma in Marketing (Advantageous).
Remuneration:
10K – 15K, commission based.
