Our client, a leader in the management software sector is looking for an an Internal Sales Specialist to drive sales, manage client relationships, and support their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Conduct cold calls, generate new business, and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Client Management: Serve as the main contact for clients, ensure timely documentation, and build strong relationships.
- Administration: Manage calendars, handle workshop administration, and maintain CRM records.
- Compliance & Support: Participate in tenders, stay updated on B-BBEE legislation, and assist with marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 3 years in sales or account management; SaaS experience a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and CRM proficiency.
- Transport: Valid driver’s license and reliable transport required.
