Key Responsibilities: - Manage the assembly and distribution center, including sales, customer liaison, order processing, and supplier management
- Achieve sales, production, and delivery goals while adhering to approved budgets
- Oversee financial performance within budget constraints
- Lead and mentor staff, manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations in line with labour regulations
- Implement and maintain inventory control measures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution operations
- Enforce ISO 9001 standards and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment
- Schedule equipment maintenance and ensure the efficient operation of all machinery
