Experienced Sous Chef needed in a large, luxury hotel in Cornwall.
You will be working with a strong and passionate brigade who all work closely together.
As Sous Chef, you will be supporting the Head Chef and covering on their days off.
Rosette experience would be an advantage, although not essential.
Working hours are 5 over 7. All straight shifts.
35,000 - 37,000 per annum, plus company discounts and benefits across the business.
