Design Manager We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager to lead our creative team, ensuring the production of high-quality visual content that reflects our brand identity. The ideal candidate will oversee the internal creatives (Retoucher, Graphic Designer and Video Editor), ensuring efficient workflow, high standards, and timely delivery of assets. You will play a key role in managing the post-production creative process, producing impactful imagery and videos for marketing campaigns, e-commerce, social media, and other brand-related projects. Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team Management:Lead and mentor a creative team consisting of a Retoucher, Graphic Designer, and Video Editor, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and creative direction.Creative Direction:Collaborate closely with the CEO & Head of Marketing to understand the brand's aesthetic and ensure all visual assets are cohesive, on-brand, and aligned with the marketing strategy.Project Management:Manage the end-to-end creative process, including briefing, timelines, revisions, and final approval. Ensure all projects are completed on time and meet the required quality standards.Content Creation:Oversee the production of high-quality imagery, graphics, and videos for e-commerce, social media, lookbooks, and campaigns. Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and channels.Retouching & Post-Production:Supervise retouching processes to ensure all images meet high-quality standards for color, composition, and lighting. Ensure timely delivery of edited photos for e-commerce and editorial purposes.Graphic Design:Ensure the graphic designer produces innovative, high-quality designs for various marketing materials, including digital banners, email campaigns, social media posts, and print collateral.Video Production:Oversee video editing processes, ensuring the production of engaging and dynamic video content for social media, online ads, and brand campaigns.Efficiency & Workflow Optimization:Implement streamlined workflows and best practices to maximize the team’s efficiency, reducing bottlenecks and ensuring smooth operations in the creative department.Quality Control:Review all final creative assets for accuracy, ensuring they are on-brand, technically sound, and meet the highest aesthetic standards.Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to ensure alignment on visual content needs and project goals. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.5+ years of experience in a creative management role within the fashion or retail industry.Proven track record of leading creative teams, delivering projects on time, and managing multiple workflows.Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).Strong understanding of visual storytelling, colour theory, typography, and composition.Experience with e-commerce imagery, editorial retouching, and video content creation.Ability to manage tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
