Your role will include managing bookings, upselling, maintaining client relationships, handling administrative tasks, and generating reports. Qualifications
- Matric Certificate
- A valid Drivers License
- At least 2 years call centre experience in Car Rental, Travel, Hospitality or similar
- Excellent planning and administration skills
- Excellent command of the English Language (First or Second Language)

Working hours are: Monday to Friday 16h00 to 22h00, Saturdays and Sundays 12h00 to 22h00 (Sundays are rotational). You also get every 2nd Friday and Saturday off.
