Minimum Requirements: - Must have proven experience in a Technical Management role, specifically within the Printing Industry
- Degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field will be highly advantageous
- Must be able to lead a team of up to 8 Technical Support specialists at a time
- Ability to develop and implement strategies for improving service delivery and resolving technical issues
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have contactable references
- Must be able to provide pay slips on request
Salary Structure: - Negotiable salary package, based on experience
