Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team based in Northriding, Gauteng.
This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth administrative operations and supporting the overall efficiency of our organisation.
Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties, including managing Excel spreadsheets, updating quotes, and reconciling invoices.
Capture quotes and invoices using Pastel.
Liaise with the Director regarding customer invoices and job cards.
Manage and organise documents, records, and data efficiently.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Coordinate deliveries from the freight department on Pastel.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail for the freight department.
Provide support to Directors and other departments as needed.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12).
Some Financial qualification or diploma (Sound understanding of basic accounting practices and principles).
Proficiency in Excel.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience With Pastel.
Proficiency in Office 365.
At least 5 years of experience in an administrative environment.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the logistics department.
