Our client in Logistics is currently looking for a learner to join their Human Resources Department's leadership program. This program will allow individuals to learn and gain knowledge not just about the logistics industry, but what the HR department as a whole.

These will be the learning areas that you will be exposed to:
- General HR administration (onboarding of new joiners)
- Recruitment (assisting the HRBP’s with coordination)
- MYS administration
- Payroll administration
- Performance & Talent Management
- Disciplinary administration
- BBBEE exposure
- Calendar management
- HR Project management exposure
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- 1-2 years’ work experience will be advantageous
- MS Office experience
