The successful candidate will need a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and enthusiastic to take pride inthis key support position. You will be responsible for providing effective and efficientadministrative support. Please note that due to the nature of this role, the requirement is 5 days fully in the office.What you'll be doing: Support the Office Manager in the running of the office and all associated areas, making sure that they are always kept in the best possible order, liaising with suppliers, other admin support and PartnersOrganise office meetings and booking of relevant meeting rooms, ensuring rooms are prepped and ready prior to these startingAssist with onboarding – issuing new starters with keys/fobs, ensuring personnel have a locker, induction tours etcCover for Reception when needed on lunch and annual leaveFirst Aider/Fire Warden – training will be providedScheduling reception rota for lunch coverEffectively dealing with any office related questions/queries from colleagues and visitors to the officeRaising invoices and assisting with debt chasingAttending team meetings and minute taking where necessaryPrinting and binding documents/contractsPreparing presentationsSetting up jobs, arranging purchase orders, opening submissions and projects on WorkspaceArranging team socialsAssisting with fee letters, reports, formatting, typing for the teamUpdating contact lists and directoriesBooking train tickets and travelWorking closely with project leads to aid data entry for the team in WorkspaceAssist the team with expenses where applicableBook travel and accommodation both nationally and internationally where requiredOrder lunches, office stationery, kitchen suppliesMaking drinks for clients and organising refreshmentsAssist the Office Manager with various ad-hoc tasks to promote a positive culture and well-presented officeExperience and Skills RequiredTo be considered for this role, you should possess / evidence:Proficient knowledge and demonstrable experience with all MS Office suite-based software including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams etcExcellent communication skills & telephone mannerWell-presented with an exceptional friendly and professional approachGood at problem solving with a ‘get it done’ attitudeExcellent time management skillsNaturally organised with a high attention to detailSelf-motivated, proactive team player who is dedicated to providing solid supportDont delay , apply today!
