You'll work with the Facilities Manager and Area Managers to ensure an exceptional member experience across all touch-points, including maintaining our buildings & equipment safely as well as delivering a flawless IT experience. What will you be doing? Manage our Facilities and IT tickets, responding to all requests within required SLAsManage excellent relationships with our Membership Team, contractors, landlords & suppliersWork with our Membership Managers to complete space audits to support in brilliant operational executionWork closely with the Facilities team to ensure consistent service across all spacesSupport the monitoring of the Facilities and IT contractors to ensure performance targets are met and all works are carried out effectively, efficiently and safelySupport the Facilities Manager in ensuring that health & safety, emergency procedures & safe working practices are enforced and conform to current legislationIn the absence of the Facilities Manager, take control of any emergency situations & evacuation plansIdentify areas of improvement in delivery of our services & processes, implementing changes as requiredAssist the Facilities Manager in accumulating and preparing documents for supplier & tender processesEnsure safe working practices across our spaces through Health & Safety standards What are we looking for in a successful applicant?
