We also work with a huge range of corporate clients, creating bespoke and branded designs for every occasion.We’re ambitious and we’re looking to build and strengthen our wonderful team as the business continues to grow.Who we’re looking for…An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Email and CRM Executive responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. As a key part of our dedicated the Key Responsibilities will be:CRM & Retention Strategy:Overseeing the overall Email, SMS and Push strategy to deliver engaging content on a weekly basis, in line with seasonal marketing calendar.Execute CRM comms against the customer segmentation strategy.Management of Lifecycle campaigns across all CRM channels.Management of Transactional campaigns (including those hosted in SendGrid) across all CRM channels.Reporting on channel performance to the wider team. Creative Execution & Email Best Practice:Be the guardian for brand on this channel ensuring all email content is in line with brand creative and copy.Championing best practice, content ideas and new technologies, working with our ESP provider.Championing learning and understanding of email channel.Championing Customer Loyalty Propositions:Be the champion of our Biscuiteers Schemes to increase loyalty and frequency from returning customers.Working with the Senior Campaign Manager to understand the contribution these schemes make to overall customer performance. Database Management & GrowthMeasuring and encouraging database growth. Management of all data uploads, data clean ups and data accuracy. Agency and Platform ManagementManagement of the relationship with Ometria to ensure that we have the best technical set up possible.Be the conduit between Magento and Ometria to ensure we are set up for success.
