On offer is the chance to work in a progressive and forward-thinking environment, allowing technical skills to be honed over time.What will the day-to-day look like?Accurately assessing and evaluating complex claims, reserve calculations and settlement valuesDealing with incoming call enquiries effectivelyProviding a professional service to customersIdentifying complaints and recognise customer expressions of dissatisfactionMaintaining and developing technical knowledge and expertiseMaintaining key client relationships with regard to specific customers and accounts, for issues such as: late notification of claims, case progress, and issuing specific insured requirements within SLAsEscalating relevant client issues to senior team members and management as requiredWhat experience is needed?Claim handling experience, preferably from within a Broker or Insurance OfficeCustomer services experience demonstrating a professional standard in customer careExperience of prioritising and working to SLAsStrong listening & communication skillsA process-minded, adaptable and customer-focused attitudeIf this role looks of interest, apply today with an up-to-date CV.
