NES Fircroft are working with a large water treatment company who is looking for an Account Manager to work with them on a permanent basis and across the North East region. Responsibilities Maintain and develop client relationships, demonstrating system knowledge, effective contract management of existing accounts and generation of new sales within the North East region. Selling, demonstrating, and promoting a range of specialty water and process chemicals and monitoring technologies.Working with customers and prospects to meet desired sales and service needs.Develop and execute customer account sales plans, coordinating all proposal activity, from generating quotes to processing PO’s. Manage customer satisfaction and escalate customer concerns for resolution. Coordinate support resources to maintain and grow existing and win / close new accountsParticipate in plant visits, audit/survey and any trial working. Where required, conduct appropriate water analysis/testing and report.Maintain the integrity of strategies and implementation of sales / marketing programs to achieve sales goals within your assigned territory/market.Meet or exceed assigned quotas (activities and results).Driving the right behaviours around Safety, Team Work, Company strategies and initiatives. Experience & Qualifications Candidates will hold a Degree in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical or similar Engineering environment Hold previous experience in Account Management or Sales in a Water / Process treatment company or industrial plant.You will have outstanding communication across all platforms and customer service skills that are a natural extension of your personality.Motivated, goal orientated and well organised, with excellent time management and prioritisation abilities.Demonstrate excellent project management experience and a track record of exceeding targets.Strong value delivery and selling strategies with a track record of winning new accounts and developing markets. A UK driving licence is a must
