Our wonderful client, a boutique Wealth Management firm near Reigate is looking to recruit a Financial Planning Administrator. Role is 100% office based in probation period then move on to a hybrid schedule of 2 days per week for full-time employees, to be implemented training.Job OverviewTo offer financial planning support to advisers, paraplanners and the practice to ensure the client receives high quality financial advice. Primarily prepare for client meetings, manage and process all aspects of pre-sale and post-sale administration to ensure cases are chased through pipeline as quickly as possible. The opportunity for progression into a Paraplanner or Senior Administrator role in the future.Responsibilities and DutiesPresale administration completed, adding clients’ information to intelligent office database, Creating and updating Wealth ReportPrepare and gather information e.g. LOAs and Policy information checklistsMeeting prep undertaken and presented to adviser ready for client meetings.Basic report writing, to include Fund Switches, Reviews, New money etcBasic research undertaken, using FE, Defaqto, Cashcalc, etcNew Business and Review Case administration, submission of applications to providers, online and complete manual application forms, ensure case is in force as soon as possible.Prepare and maintain client files, including meeting compliance standardsAssist specialist paraplanner with investment strategy administration where required.Assist with general administration duties when colleagues are absent.Qualifications Essential:Minimum of 12 months - 2 years’ experience in a Financial Planning Advisers environmentGCSE English & Math’s (C or above)Understand the financial planning processExcellent written and communication skillsAnalytical and ability to interpret dataMeticulous attention to detailHappy to work independently and as part of a team
