HEAD OF REWARD & RECOGNITIONLocation: Weybridge, Surrey (KT13 0SL)Hours of work: 37.5 hours per weekContract Type: PermanentThe Head of Reward & Recognition will provide strong and professional thought leadership, offering strategic oversight in the development of pay, reward, benefits, and performance strategies.Job DescriptionYour role will involve providing visionary leadership and strategic direction, ensuring that our reward programs not only attract and retain top talent but also align with the company’s broader goals.As Head of Reward & Recognition, you will establish and reinforce strong policy and procedural foundations within the Reward function, creating a framework that supports all reward-related activities across the business.Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering a culture of recognition and excellence, where employees feel valued and motivated to perform at their best.If you are a strategic leader with a passion for creating impactful reward systems and a commitment to excellence, we invite you to join our team and make a lasting difference.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement end-to-end compensation and benefits strategiesCreating associated policies, governance and aligned processesDeliver an effective service to a range of employees across the businessTake ownership for reward processes including: salary review, bonus allocation, job grading and harmonizationEnsuring regular salary and benefits benchmarking and surveying activityEnsure compliance with reward processes, including data processingManage the reward aspect of all People policiesSupport the onboarding and offboarding processes with robust reward processesLine management responsibility of Reward AnalystChair monthly RemCom meetings, setting agenda’s and themes for the monthProfessional and Personal Competencies/QualificationsExperience of reward and recognition processes including salary review, recognition incentives, bonus allocation, job grading and harmonisationExperience of regular salary and benefits benchmarking and surveying activity.Proven capabilities as a senior leader and manager, with a proactive flexible and inclusive management styleFlexibility and pragmatism and the ability to think strategicallyExcellent stakeholder management skillsAdvanced user of ExcelExcellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present clear, well-structured reports and briefsThe ability to make logical, well-balanced and reasoned decisionsExcellent organisational skills and problem solving skillsEnergy, enthusiasm and confidenceA willingness to work flexibly as and when requiredThe CompanyISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
