Job DescriptionProject ManagerThis is a long term ongoing temporary role with a rolling end date.You must be able to speak both English AND French therefore, please ensure if you speak both languages, that you have included these in your CV for screening purposes.Remote, with occasional SLT meetings in Europe.We will employ you on a temporary contract via our designated agency partner, or as a contractor via your own limited company.As Project Manager, your role will be to continue to implement the program in compliance with deadlines, quality and costs. Your role is to bring together all of the aspects of an expansion project. Your day-to-day will include project management, reporting to the senior leadership team, stakeholder management, weekly reporting, identifying and mitigating risks.Although each section of the program has their own leadership, as Project Manager, you will coordinate all of the teams and the various flows of information to report back on where we are with every aspect of the project. DUTIESTrack, schedule, monitor, analyse and occasionally adjust or correct parts of the program through consultation with stakeholdersCoordinate between program workstreams. This includes fleet built, plant adaptations, commercial, finance.Support the workstream leaders.Monitor toll gates Monitor finances and budgets through stakeholder consultation Ensure that the Program is delivered on time, to time, quality and costSupervise and coordinate third parties and suppliersEnsure that the supply chain and supporting services are in place and ready for service delivery by completion of program milestones through collaboration with the dedicated workstream leadersEnsure appropriate and best practice is in place for the full life cycle of the programme Establish and monitor KPIs and reportingReport to the programme governors and programme stakeholdersEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures, and legislative requirementsBe responsible for the proper execution of the entire investment programmeIdentify, mitigate, and manage project risks and opportunitiesKeep leadership up to dateChallenge to understand current statusBe visible to the teams at all timesPlan and stick to a communication programIn this role, you will be working in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team, Service Centers, Finance, HR, and Sales.Externally, you will build working relationships with local authorities and suppliers around Europe.QualificationsBacground in engineering or science related projectsProject Management experience that includes expansion projectsExcellent IT tools - especially Google suite savvyStrong experience in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projectsSignificant experience in the management of project budgets and expenditure Proven experience of working with and managing third parties and suppliers, including contracting and performance maintenanceFluent English AND FrenchAble to communicate with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organisationNetworking (internal and external)Ability to partner with and influence senior managementAdditional InformationWe will not consider any candidates who are not fluent in both English and French so please ensure if you speak both languages, that you have included these in your CV for screening purposes.
